Web comics Manga Kapow Express more quick panel update.

I thought I would update the Online Manga more frequently for a few more weeks so that I would get the idea, story, and my enthusiastic into the flow. Lucky you those who are requesting more and more Manga. I know I kind of slow down on producing quick video tutorials...but don't worry it will come in times. I just need to refresh and trying to acquire new idea for up coming video tutorial on how to draw and paint.

Previously on Kapow: Cheng, Bing Bing, and unconcious Mei ran into the strangely quiet village. It seems like there is no one in town. Appearently, some OLD LADY with red lantern showed up...and it scared them just a little. And this is what next...

As usual, feel free to give me idea on the story line, gags...something cool that should happen. It's fun to implement the audiences' thought. I actually have linage plot layout, but you guys could help me add flavor, gags, events to this comedy ACTION PACK!!! This is probably the only Manga you could help the creator with your input. :)

Sketch character design new villain for Kapow Express Manga.

Here is another character villain character. This guys is extremely genius like a mad scientist for the Japanese Empire WWII military special ops called "Midnight Blood". It's secret operation station on the quiet town right next to HangZhou before the war actually start. He came in the rank of "Shōshō" or "Major-General."
Yeah I know the comics is getting complicated and possibly interesting than you think right?

It's a really quick and rough character sketch...nothing fancy.

If you are a beginner, look for more video tutorial on male body, anotomy and such go watch Drawing body muscle torso anatomy tutorial. And Drawing arm muscles bicep tricep There will also be some basic include there. Then you could try out the following tutorial.

In this tutorial, the study I was doing is leaning toward Asian male type. If you are looking for more variety of different type of Facial structure tutorial go to Character Design Face Male Merchant Character, or Drawing Male Face Swordman and Learn how to draw and paint face. They might be what you are looking for.
If you are a beginners drawer. Then for more basic type of just drawing without detail render: How to draw person head basic and Draw and render human head with different light sources. (These two are a little more basic)

How to color a comic panel process tutorial step by step.

Here is one of my favorite panel from the last update. An old lady with lantern, this one came out the way I really want the whole chapter to turn out, but it's most likely impossible. I like how the lighting in this particular panel turns out personally.
As when I do comic or Manga (color) panel, it requires quick way to finish (unlike illustration), not to the point of perfection but readability so that we can move on to the next panel and make the story flow.

Anyway, in this particular one I sketch out an image on a paper (a page in my sketchbook), then I scan it in and the process is as simple as down below step by step. Enjoy!

Web comics "Kapow Express" is back from the break! what?

I know I know, it's been a while since I update the last Kapow panels. I am hoping to keep going at the same pace it was once a week. Previously, Mei was crushed by the powerful Manchu Captain Big Bow in the battle at the noodle house. Then quickly Bing Bing threw smoke bomb distracting the bad guys. Cheng and Bing Bing is now running away and taking injured Mei out of the harm's way. They ran thru some forrest outside Hang Zhou and now in the next little town (village). The town is strangely quiet. What will happen next? I don't know....yet.

It's getting DARK!

Manga Tutorial Drawing Zombie Ninja hybridge.

This one is basically a new character design for my Manga comics Kapow Express. I am sure some of you are looking forward to some zombies kungfu action and/or chinese zombies and such. Anyway, here is a sneak peak of one of the Zombie character. The zombie army will come soon, or at least I hope so.

Also since this tutorial is about Ninja drawing here is some other sketching tutorial you might like How to draw Manga Ninja character (this one comes with fancy pose holding darts or shurikens), How to draw woman rogue samurai (this one shows how to do composition and quick background), and how about how to draw manga comics Mongol warrior.
